The Holidays are supposed to be a time fill with joy and peace.  However what if you are not feeling that way, and you feel very stress and alone, what do you do? Here are some suggestions:

  1. Slow it down – Take time to think what the holidays actually means to you and be mindful
  2. Recognize that nothing is perfect – If you are stressed about the perfect gift, meal, or outfit, look at it a different way – it is more about the meaning of the experience.
  3. Work on what brings you peace and joy – This can be one of the greatest gifts you give to yourself that can last for a long time.
